Account with 2FA appears to have been taken over, support delayed for almost a month and then told me to start a legal dispute
had a NameSilo account with several domains and 2FA enabled. I later discovered that I could no longer access the account. My old username was no longer recognized, even though I had previous NameSilo emails and domain/payment history. I also found emails from NameSilo saying that someone requested a password change, but those requests were not made by me. I opened a support case almost a month ago. Ticket number: 1453983. During the recovery process, I provided everything NameSilo requested, including ID document photos, a photo of myself holding my ID, driver’s license photos, cryptocurrency payment transaction hashes, domain names from the account, old account information, and previous NameSilo emails/notifications. Despite all of this, the process was extremely slow. There were long periods with no proper response, sometimes around 10 days. After almost a month, NameSilo replied that they were “unable to verify ownership details” and recommended that I “proceed with a legal dispute over the domains.” They did not clearly explain what exactly failed verification, what specific evidence was missing, or how my account could have been taken over or changed despite 2FA being enabled. I am also concerned because one of my domains appears to have been renewed, but I did not renew it myself because I still do not have access to the account. From my side, this looks like a serious account security or account recovery failure, combined with a very poor support process. I am asking NameSilo to escalate ticket 1453983, properly investigate what happened, explain exactly why my verification was rejected, lock the domains from deletion/transfer/sale/DNS or ownership changes, and provide a clear recovery or legal path. I am not asking them to bypass security. I am asking them to protect the domains and properly review the evidence I provided.

Namesilo Do Not Own The Premium Domains They Are Selling
Scammed, by Namessilo.com, they advertised a premium domain on their website which I purchased from them. They assured me it was mine and took the money, when it didn't appear in my account they advised me multiple times to wait 10 days. It turns out they never owned the domain, had no rights to sell the domain and someone else has now registered the domain. They do not own the domains they are selling, be very careful.
