My SSL has not been functioning since February 2026 and I have called NS Support at least 6 times to get it resolved. Lance was the last to try and charged me $164 and applied it to the incorrect domain. Today Jay seemed much better but the SSL that I paid for in February is still not working but he said it would work in 1 hour. I've been a customer of Network Solutions for over 30 years and this is the worst time i have ever had especially with the reps that are difficult to talk to in the Philippians. So far 5 reps have failed to resolve this problem! I will wait for 1 more hour as Jay promised and then will be contacting their CEO Sachin Puri!

Jake, was a true Pro' and my thanks to him right away. I called pissed' at charges received on my card on the same day as buying a domain from these guys, thinking they had scooped an extra $40 from my account Turns out it was a 'Iffy" Company based in Vancouver " Jake managed to clarify this and even advised me what to do going forward. As usual For all our issues with the U.S. right now There customer service is 'impeccable, nothing like our own mostly abrasive customer agents here in Canada. Thank you Jake great job.

Calling is by far the best way to bypass TRIED solutions that the AI voice chat walks one through. I spent HOURS today and yesterday trying to make the email work that SUDDENLY an for no reason quit working. The agent I finally got to work with was patient, professionally kind, and the solution finally was found. Grateful Network Solutions has a phone iine. Will resort to it FIRST next time. THANKS!!!! BUT PLEASE: FIX the music on hold...it is wretched!
