Rest assured, there is no difference in display. When a member indicates they didn't enjoy a past exchange, their feedback appears automatically and permanently on the other member's profile, regardless of their role, so that the community knows something didn't go as expected. Leaving a recommendation is up to each member, which is why a given profile may have more or fewer than another. On the emails: of course, we don't want to reach anyone who hasn't opted in. An unsubscribe link is available at the bottom of every message we send, and one click is enough to stop receiving them.
