Great service and they get them shipped…
Great service and they get them shipped fast. As far as fed ex shipping don’t expect to get them all together or on time. Have ordered 3 different sets with in the last year. Great company not their fault Fed ex can’t get it right.

Since you didn't use your email or give us an order number, I cannot see which order you are talking about. If we had a delay in shipping the order out, we would have contacted you. Most of our orders get out within 24 hours. If the order is delayed by a shipping company, we can check in to it if you provide your name, order number, or phone number, or better yet, call us at 1-800-847-3287. Unfortunately, once an order leaves this building, we do not have any control of it and this time of the year is when all of the shipping companies get way behind. Sorry for the delay, but give us some information so we can help you out.

Tom, Yes, Unfortunately this time of the year, the shipping companies are definitely slower than normal with the Christmas holiday, plus we had Thanksgiving thrown in there. Once an order leaves this building, we do not have a lot of control over it. Regarding your lug nuts, I do not see where you contacted us about the lug nuts not showing up. I just left you a voicemail to see if you had received them yet. On the ATX blinker kit I wished that it included the On/Off rocker switch or at least to pair it up with the kit at the time of ordering.
