For the second time I made a purchase and I didn't receive the Pin. The first was a Steam code, I tried several times to receive the Pin but I didn't receive it. Today I made a purchase of $75 from the Razer Golf and I didn't receive it either, the website says it is being processed and the delivery is pending. I bought it in the morning and I still haven't received it. I don't think I'll even receive it anymore. I'm giving up on buying from this company, they don't deliver. I get in touch and they even say it's resolved but I don't receive the Pin, so nothing is resolved and I'm going to rate it very badly. I'm disappointed.

Review: Saw some low rated reviews and faced the exact same problem today. They stopped showing "out of stock". Ordered Nintendo eshop $10 today and yet to receive it. Emailed support and a Support Rep immediately opened a ticket and closed it as "solved". I had to reply to the email it wasn't solved to reopen the ticket.

"instant delivery" is not instant delivery on OffGamers, I ordered 2 gift cards for 150€ each, in the store it said they are buyable and in stock.
After ordering they say they have to restock them first and dont answer any of my emails or support tickets for the last 2 days.
The fees are a little high but they are transparent about it, but not delivering my codes is a huge issue.
Update: they now ansered my mails and say i can refund or wait until its restocked.
I refunded but they still take their 13€ processing fees, pretty bad look because its their fault i didnt get my product
