I have enjoyed completing a wide variety of surveys over the years on Opinion Outpost. I was not pleased with the fact that they froze my account for a while recently, due to a mistake they made, but other than that, they are a great survey site.

My paypal account is fully verified. And all the personal info on my paypal matched with opinion outpost account too. When I tried to withdraw for the 1st time , it failed as it says I do not have a verified paypal account. But I have. How to solve this problem? Is it a bug from their side? And how to fix this?

Customer service was responsive to my concern when a survey on which I had reached 98 percent completion crashed. However, be advised that quite often, surveys do not allow you to participate. I have often been bounced early from responding, even though their system indicates I am a good match for the given survey.

This site is really great about answering any questions and resolving any issues you may have, compared to other sites, who totally ignore you. Although I don’t qualify for as many surveys, as I would like, this seems to be the most reputable survey company I have dealt with.
