They have always been responsive when I have had a problem with a survey. They are great to work with; the only drawback is that you used to could save your points so that you could get $50/$60 at time instead of just 2 $10 at a time. But they are still a great place to do surveys.

I had my account cancelled. They said I violated their terms of service. That is CRAP! I read all through them and I violated none of them. They refuse to give me my rewards. I had $84 in rewards. I have emailed back and forth with them, and they refuse to issue them. DO NOT USE THEM as they are thieves and have stolen money from me that I have rightfully earned.

How many surveys do I have to do to get a measly 5 points. Numerous times I've done a survey, I get to the end and I get ERROR. Avoid OPINION OUTPOST at all costs ! Scammers!

I have been doing surveys with Opinion Outpost for over 20 years. They have been great in providing me with a few extra dollars over the years. The only thing i have not like is they went from allowing you to withdraw a large lump sum, to $20 at the most. But still worth doing and fun.
Had been using this site for a few years. I am gutted as they decided to ban me saying i violated their terms but did not give me the example of when it happened or what exactly I did. I really enjoyed using their site. I asked if there was a way of overturning this and they said no.

I have been with opinion outpost for about 10 years. They are the only survey site I feel that actually does pay out easily and somewhat well value for surveys. However, customer service has gotten worse. It is a regular occurrence that I will spend significant time on a survey and at the last page will be sent to the page saying I don't qualify (better fit elsewhere). When I report to customer service they tell me I'm the problem (claiming it could be due to rushed answers, etc). But they never provide any actual proof of that. And I've been taking surveys for so long now, I never cheat. So they could literally say anything and take your data and not give you any points for your time. Seems pretty illegal to me. Customer service used to give the points but now they refuse without proof. So I would give it a try but know that you will waste a good portion of your time on this site.
The surveys are long-sometimes-and taking up hours of my time just to complete one. I would like to be given the option of taking a break and finishing up another day. I do have responsibilities at home to attend to.
It is very easy to answer surveys & receive points. There is a variety of topics to choose from. There are not only surveys to gain points but also games to get points. This site is mobile-friendly, so that is good to know. They have great customer service. They are quick to respond to any problems that come about. I highly recommend Opinion Outpost.
