Great site to do surveys and give your opinions for rewards
Could use improvement
I enjoy being able to do the surveys but feel that some of them take too long. I don't like having to answer the same questions over and over. I feel like I'm not compensated enough for the time I spend doing the surveys. I'm still giving 4 stars because it at least seems legit.

I answered in the beginning that i did not watch the half time show. As well I would have answered I did not pay attention at all to the commercials. I normally turn them down. My focus is on the game that is it. I have ADHD, so focusing on something I have no interest in. Is not very likely for me to do. Also when the survey say 5 min, make sure you make it 5 min not 15min that is ridiculous.

This company does not reward you when…
This company does not reward you when you take the time to do a survey. They will let you complete it and do everything correct and then they don't reward you. Then if you question them they suspend your account and falsely accuse you of things you didn't do. There are hundreds of survey sites I recommend using those and do not waste your time on this one. Please read the other reviews you will see

It's actually fun to do the surveys got to learn a little more about myself and what I like they're fast surveys and you get rewards and coupons I highly recommend this survey app
Very good customer service experience
Very good customer service recently when I submitted an email to them regarding a technical problem while taking a survey. They replied within two days with an explanation as well as crediting my account for the full 38 points, even though I was unable to complete the survey. Much better service than other survey companies!
