What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers find the platform very easy to navigate, noting that the website interface is smooth, surveys are enjoyable, and points accumulate very quickly for fast rewards. People frequently mention that the support team is polite, courteous, and very quick to resolve any technical questions or problems. However, some people mentioned that they unexpectedly experienced sudden account lockouts or suspensions without receiving any clear explanations from the platform. Others noted ongoing frustrations with being disqualified near the end of lengthy surveys or facing severely delayed responses from customer support teams.

What people say

better get things right or they lock you out.

These people sent me surveys which I could not answer truthfully. They have no regard for people that are disabled. they send surveys that cannot be answered. They will not respond back when you write them with issues. They use AI and when your answer ratio i guess gets too low they lock you out. I currently have well over the payout minimums but cannot cash out.

Survey Says: "Surprisingly Satisfying Side-quest".

3rd parties usually verify quickly. I did have a few surveys where I made it to the end, only to be screened out or experienced a suspicious technical issue. I messaged the Opinion Outpost AI Bot, explained the situation (I had recordings after it happened once, so I started recording every survey), and they awarded me the points within hours without asking for proof. So far, I'm impressed. I've also cashed out $10 to PayPal, and it was quick and easy.

Without any form of flattery

Without any form of flattery, this is the best survey site I have participated in a long time. There are less screen outs as long as you have completed your profile. The points e earned are substantial ranging from 0.5 dollars to as much as 3 dollars per survey. Opinion outpost is a survey worth participating in.

Been with this company 10 years

Been with this company 10 years. Always helpful and getting my points and cash out. But out of nowhere in December I resumed my survey taking just need a few points to cash out. Well ask what the problem was and they told me I was suspended. I ask the reason . They would not explain. So cheatedStealing our money refusing to let us cash out. o 10.00 with no viable explanation And no proof I've done anything wrong.Thstbis absolutely dispicable and shamefull

15-Year Member Deactivated Without Explanation

I was a member of Opinion Outpost for nearly 15 years. For most of that time, the platform worked reasonably well. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the service has declined significantly. The primary issue has been not being credited for completed surveys, particularly higher-paying ones. When this happened on surveys with larger rewards, I contacted customer support. There were many lower-paying surveys where I took the loss and moved on. Over time, however, these incidents became frequent enough to suggest a systemic problem, not isolated errors. More recently, I stopped using the site entirely. I did not take surveys and did not log into my account for a little while. When I recently attempted to log in, I received an “Incorrect Login” message. Even after resetting my password, the same error occurred. After contacting customer service, I was eventually informed that my account had been deactivated for violating Opinion Outpost’s terms or policies. I asked for a specific explanation of what terms were violated—especially given that I had not been active or logged in—but no clear answer was ever provided. They are unable or unwilling to explain how a violation occurred. This experience raises serious concerns about accountability, transparency, and fair treatment of long-term users. Terminating an account after nearly 15 years without providing evidence or a clear explanation is unacceptable. Opinion Outpost, which operates under Dynata LLC, has gone sharply downhill in recent years. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people do not waste their time on this platform and exercise caution with any survey or marketing site operated by Dynata. Fifteen years of participation ended not with respect for a loyal user, but with silence, vague accusations, and an unexplained account deactivation. That speaks volumes. Update: I received an email today, 02/13/26, that, in part, states, "I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. However, I am not able to provide specific details in relation to a case as it may compromise our internal security system processes." So, they will not provide an explanation as to what violations supposedly took place. Why? Because they can't. And this seems to be a common occurrence with users of Opinion Outpost.

Con merchants

Signed up, got verified, did many surveys as requested. Accrued 230 points, tried to redeem. Wouldn't let me. Contacted support (several times) and they said to re-verify. Did that and was accepted, then tried redeeming the points again. This time the account was completely locked and then shut down by support. So, work done, and reward withheld. Never again.
