I have ordered from Pandahall a few times now and each experience has been great! The products are high quality, the prices can't be beat and the shipping is quick. My last order arrived within a week. If an item isn't in stock they will give you 3 choices...ship anyway, wait or get 20% off of a comparable item. They have a huge selection of craft supplies. I buy jewelry supplies and knotting cord mainly. All correspondence is quick and polite. I will continue to order from Pandahall and will definitely recommend this site to all of my crafty friends.

They have tracking on their website, and I am able to see the progress my order is making. Shipping is quick and orders arrive in intact because they are well-packaged. If I have a question, their customer-service liaison is quick to respond.

I have been buying from Panda Hall for a few years. I am always surprised by the quality of the items, for the price. I have bought $1000s of dollars worth of items from them and, naturally, have had a couple of issues. Their customer service has always resolved anything promptly. They have an enormous range at excellent prices, also offering a range of quality. I particularly recommend them for beads and jewellery findings. Their stainless steel findings are excellent.
Have been ordering for 12 years and never a problem. Great customer service, once an order is fulfilled, they ship right out and all my orders arrive timely. I must have ordered 50 times from Pandahall and Pandawhole (for larger quantities) and have never lodged a complaint. Quick customer service, very responsive. Highly recommend.
FAKE STONES! 11 mm not 12 mm - and "howlite" gets dead matte simply by rubbing with my finger pad. Softer than 2.5 on Mohs scale and NOT HOWLITE, EASILY.

Trustworthy company. I contacted the customer service when one item from a big order was missing and they replied very quickly, professional and friendly. Received orders are always packed very good and protected for the long journey. Delivery has been within the estinated date, only one time it was delayed. It would be a welcome improvement if Pandahall could inform clients why their order is delayed and when it will be delivered. The current way to find out is check the online status which remained the same for a week. Furthermore Pandahall offers saving points, take your time to check this out
This was my first and so far last time im buying from here. I ordered a 15$ purchase so im not that bothered but they were very rude saying things like how it was my fault I miswrote my address and they were not going refund me for that mistake. Even if that is true the package was in my local post office waiting for pickup and the website DID warn me about it but it was 2 days after the package got destroyed. I read other reviews saying the service is great as long as you don't have any problems with your orders, it seems they will do everything to not refund you at all no matter how much you have seem to pay.
The staff have made my overall experience great! Any questions that I have had have been responded to within 24 hours- even through the pandemic! Product quality, service & price are all wonderful!
The only part that I don’t like is the cost of shipping(it is across the Pacific Ocean from me), but even with that added in, no one else can compete with PandaHalls prices & service!!
They have stolen my designs and it's the worst thing you can do to a jewellery designer. The worst thing is that they are based in China so it's hard to get the listings removed.

Ordered 1st November, arrived 10th November, China to UK. I have ordered from them previously and never had a problem with the delivery time. I had an issue with one order which somehow split itself into two parts so it would charge two lots of postage. I emailed them and got a quick response that they had combined my order and the postage was therefore less than first charged. The products are not top quality but for the prices they are good value. They have a massive range of jewellery items. I always look for Gemstone items and the description tells you if it is natural or synthetic. I recently ordered again and later added to my order. Pandahall immediately responded to my emails. Unfortunately some other of my order items had gone out of stock so I was issued with a refund which was the correct amount of the items. They must have checked my account again and issued a further refund of £2.06 which must have been the adjusted postal costs, which tells me they are honest.

I emailed Pandahall and the staff were really helpful and cancelled the order, gave me credit and ordered the correct products! Great service.
