I like that if a product is out of stock after ordering you get 20% off a replacement of your choice. There's a great selection of products from jewellery making beads and findings, which is what I shop for, to yarns, sewing notions and premade jewellery.
Great products and customer service
I’ve been purchasing most of my stainless steel supplies at Pandahall for a couple of year now and I’m always satisfied with the quality of the products. Great customer service as well. I also appreciate how to navigate on the website to search for products.
UNRELIABLE DESCRIPTION
All the beads I ordered stated in description that they were drilled with 1mm hole, in actual fact, I couldn't even thread the vast majority on to 0.8mm cord, won't be ordering again as I need description to be reliable. I only use a certain width of cord
Panda Hall is cheap with quick shipping
Panda Hall is a great company to order beads from especially crystal beads. There prices are very reasonable when you spend enough to get free shipping. The shipping was fast and arrived ahead of schedule. There quality of the items I ordered where great. I got everything I expected. Overall I plan on shopping there again.
Best website for jewellery making items
I live in India, and I have been ordering from Pandahall since 2017. In the year 2017 in India, the market had only iron & brass jewellery-making items which rust easily. So I was looking for stainless steel jewellery-making items that are durable and don't rust which I found on Pandahall :) I have been selecting Aramex as my courier partner on the pandahall website. From time to time, I did face issues regarding the customs process. But now it looks fine. I had a bad experience with Fedex as they overcharged for customs duty. I recommend purchasing their freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, ion-plating stainless steel findings, gold-plated stainless steel chains, real 18k gold-plated brass cubic zirconia findings, real platinum (rhodium) plated brass items etc
