Not helpful at all
The person that was assigned to me was not helpful at all. He kept requesting information that didn’t pertain to helping me locate my parcel, and he refused to help me if I didn’t give the information. Completely inappropriate.

Horrible customer service
Based on my experience and in my opinion they have a horrible customer service and they can't even resolve a simple app issue.
Every time I get a parcel and I login it says no parcel. So I tried calling them and texted them Margot was rude and useless.
This does not benefit residents at all.

Total rip off and joke
This company is nothing more than a scam. They charge you to set up your access to the “secure” package room that couldn’t be farther from secure. The customer service is useless. They can’t do anything. I literally have a package in a locker that is not the one that opened and they can’t locate it and instructed me to file a claim with sender that the delivery person made the mistake - which is not true. The delivery person places the package in the locker that parcel pending archaic software pops open. This is why we as consumers are seeing increased prices from the companies we patronage, not just porch pirates. I have lost more packages due to this “secure” delivery system than I ever have to them being stolen from my door. My advice is to get a P.O. Box and refuse the service or lack there of that this company forces upon residents. UPDATE: Heather who posted she was going to look into this personally didn’t even respond to email- instead she pushed it back off on the same rep who told me they can’t help and provided me with the link to leave the review here for the same scripted responses. Still stand FIRM this company is a joke.

Safe package storage and good customer service
Parcel pending is super easy to use and gives me peace of mind when I can’t retrieve my packages right when they’ve been delivered. I’ve had to contact their support twice for parcel pending services at my Boston-based property and both times they have quickly and easily resolved the issue. Today Tina was very kind and helpful.

I had a package delivered to my apartment complex, but received no code. I got on the text line support to talk with Tina and she was super helpful and nice!! Although we unfortunately couldn’t locate my package, she helped me with the next steps to take and made sure my concerns were addressed (:

My package was dropped off and I never received a code, but the SMS support line made it easy to retrieve it. Erika Ramerez-Flores helped me out, quickly found where my package was, and helped me out, in less than a couple minutes. She did a great job and should be given a raise.
