Excellent problem resolution. Quick email response. The clothes I ordered were a bit short for my niece so def size up if your child is exactly the size measurements it indicates. i thought I was going to have to return the clothes and receive or pay for a packaging slip but they save you the hassle. I loved everything I purchased. I probably purchased close to an entire wardrobe for myself, my husband, and our 2-month-old daughter. The designs and variety are awesome and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of everything. Some of my husband's shirts ran a little large but look great regardless. I will definitely be placing more orders.
Always I love the quality of the cloth. But my experience in this last order was not as good as I like related to delivery. The courier said that tried twice to deliver that this never happen to me before. Two days before that I receive a message that the order was attempt to deliver I received a prior order from PatPat without any problem. But I received the order after 20 days and I’m so happy and hope the clothe fit to the baby. Thank you
