I’ve been using PatPat since 2020 and since then I haven’t changed them. I love the service, they responde every question that I have and specifically I LOVE the clothes. Quick and effective refund policy
I had to cancel my order about 12h after I placed it. I contacted customer service support and they managed to do it successfully although my parcel has been dispatched already. I ordered matching dresses for my daughter and I. Hers came, and i somehow ended up with a sweater that I didn't ask for & wasn't even listed as an option... reached out to customer service and they're going to see if they can send me the dress I asked for in the first place and if it's even in stock. Bit disappointing for a first time buy to recieve the wrong product. Customer service is super helpful though.
