Disappointed in your rewards program. if you look at our spending it has been well above the highest level. Because my husband did not purchase within the 6n month period (7/21/26) was cut off. He was not able to get the $40.00 reward. My suggestion is that in the future you extend at least 1 year instead of 6 months. we are just one of your customers and others may not have a problem. thank you (order #S1109108)
