There was a MAJOR shipping screw up, but it was not their fault. Either USPS or UPS - we're not sure. They were very cooperative and reasonable in investigating and they offered to ship the same product again without me having to ask.

They have made the return of the shirt I bought very easy. I do not know what is going on with their sizing, however. I am normally on the small size of an extra large. This shirt could have fit me and several other members of my family. A lot of giants must shop at Paul Frederick.

False advertising
False advertising. I made a purchase & the catalog stated I would get $75 off my order & when I phoned it, they said they couldn’t. I have probably bought over 25 items from Paul Frederick, and based on this experience, I doubt I will be purchasing again.
Paul Fredrick Shirts
I have only purchased shirts from Paul Fredrick. They fit me perfectly. They are well made and the fabric colors and designs are exactly what I like. They always arrive in timely fashion. You pay for the quality but if you are willing to wait a few weeks to months for sales you can nail some insane savings eg. $149 regularly priced shirt for $69. It’s been my experience that just about whatever you want will eventually be on sale. I have never had to return anything so I can’t comment on their return policy
