Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I paid for rush delivery and 2nd day air for an in-stock item. They didn’t even ship it the first business day! I will never shop their site again nor would I recommend them! Complete ripoff!
We do apologize for any inconvenience. There were unfortunately no carrier pick ups on the 31st or 1st due to the New Years holiday.
Had a smooth time ordering, package shipped in a timely manner. Good to have another good experience with these guys.
Items were delivered with sufficient packaging, arriving safely at my doorstep. extra precautions were taken for items with liquid, as not to spill or damage other items inside the package.
Shipped incredibly fast, packaged very securely.
I love performance pc. They always ship fast. If I had to complain about anything it would be for items I’m waiting on that are out of stock to come in stock faster so I can buy more, but I know they can’t control that. lol. Love you guys
Previous experience with you and even during the Christmas holidays, a rapid and great experience.
Been Buying from performance PC’s since around 2017. Shipping is fast, packing is excellent, price are reasonable. No reason to shop anywhere else.
They carry every piece you need, to extract the most out of your high-performance PC
They were fantastic, there was an issue with my order; they reached out right away and got it fixed and sent the order right out. Very nice people
I had a complex order with lots of parts from lots of suppliers but the team at PPCS worked with me to ensure I'd get everything I need in as few shipments as possible as international postage prices seem the worst they've ever been.
You guys were great, the Engineer that designed this DAC is brilliant. Does exactly what he claimed it would do. Not a bunch of applications for this on a modern PC, but one that's 5 years old before addressable RGB was a thing it's just what the doctor ordered!
Quick and easy purchase. When something wasn’t in inventory yet (stuck in customs), they reached out to let me know. Excellent experience. I love using Performance PCs for water cooling parts.
Fast shipping and easy to navigate storefront.
This is a great site. Shipping was prompt and they offer some things that I couldn't find anywhere else. The prices are fair too so it's always worth checking out.
PPCS is my only go-to for any watercooling parts. They always go out of their way to get me whatever I need including ordering things that aren't yet listed on their site. This even includes out of country items saving me all the import hassle and fees. Customer service is aways amazing, emails me quickly and provides updates without me asking. They also have helped advise on parts questions for my builds prior to me even buying anything to make sure I don't waste my time or money. You honestly shouldn't be buying anywhere else if you're in the U.S. in my opinion especially since they have price matching. I'm so glad to have found them & will continue to support them over large corporate businesses.
I needed to return an item that I ordered wrong and had no problem with the return
Great selection and competitive prices... sometimes it's just better to support an indy shop instead of global mega corp. Performance-PCs had everything I needed (that company named after a rain forest didn't).
Quick delivery and helpful customer service! Kudos to Emily!
Great selection of parts. Fast shipping and extremely quick reply from support. Glad I found this site. Will be using it in the future for sure!
