Always exceed expectations!
We have been ordering large layflat photo books from Picaboo for 5+ years. We're always thrilled with the quality, the production/shipping timeframes, and the customer support. I also really appreciate the complete satisfaction guarantee that Picaboo provides. In all the years, we only had one or two minor problems, and our books were quickly reprinted to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Most recently, I accidentally deleted an album project and reached out to customer support. Diana G. was extremely helpful and quickly restored my photo from a backup. This saved me a tremendous amount of rework and once again, my expectations were greatly exceeded. We'll continue to create/order our photo books only from this great company!

Creating my photo book was easy and it turned out beautifully! There was a small problem where two pages were stuck together a little and ripped, but when I reached out to support, Janina replied within 24 hours and a new book is being shipped out to replace the damaged one. Great customer service!

When I go to the Chat line, I get a very quick response from Customer Service. Janina is especially efficient. The ONline option to Restore on older project doesn't seem to work at all as I have tried to restore 4-5 different books over the past few months and each time, we are well past the 72 hours.... usually after a week, that's when I go to the Help line and they can get it done almost immediately.

I have just created a photo book through Picaboo.com. So far, from past experiences and other photo books we have either ordered or created, it is always top notch and a very special way to remember the trips or events that we took.
I had a problem with sharing my most recent book and reached out to Picaboo's customer service. They responded quickly and the next business day, as they mentioned, Janina Galviso of the customer service dept. contacted me and resolved my problem.
Very good service from Picaboo. I will definitely be using them again and referring people who would like to create their own books and calendars or whatever they choose to create.

I've been a loyal Picaboo customer for years. I make these family yearly photo books and after ordering from other sites, I stuck with Picaboo. Picaboo is excellent.
I have used them since 2010 and have ordered over 90 books (plus assorted cards and other items, but mostly books) in that time. There have only been 3 times when there was a minor print issue and they promptly fixed and reissued the book at no charge. Now that's customer service! A big shout-out to Janina, but I'm sure all of them are great.

Janina was extremely helpful in…helping me order the correct product
Janina was extremely helpful in correcting my problem. She helped me move pages to a different book in my account, so I could order the correct style, within the page limit amount. Her customer service to me was so incredible. Without her help I would not have been able to return the product and reorder. However, I think Picaboo needs to re title their book styles so customers like me don’t accidentally order the wrong product. It was very confusing as I was just looking for lay flat pages. And I don’t know why they even offer the ridiculous thick page style I got stuck with. All the pages were separating and not bound to the spine! Who would want that?? Also, you should provide a way for the customer to move/copy pages from one book to another. If it’s possible for the employee to do it, why can’t the customer? Because of setting up initially the wrong book styles in my account, I have four more books I’m working on that I need to figure out how to move pages to the next book since I can now only have 90 pages per book, with the style I want, instead of 100. I have used Picaboo for over 20 years and never had this situation occur before. I am grateful to Janina for helping me resolve this issue.

Fantastic customer service. Janina Galvizo went above and beyond trying to help me retrieve one of my old books. Unfortunately it was not possible so I created a copy of it but by doing that I was too late to use a coupon. She was kind enough to extend the date of the coupon and I got to use the discount.
I was very impressed on how quickly she responded to my emails. And always friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Picaboo.

I absolutely love Picaboo! I've created numerous photo books, cards and even calendars thru this company. I highly recommend! Their program for editing is better than most! Prices can be high, but waiting for the right coupon or special offer makes the projects more affordable. The photo books are good quality and hold up well.
