Customers frequently praise the exceptional camera quality, stable flight performance even in harsh windy conditions, and the remarkably clear photographs captured during various outdoor flights. Consumers deeply appreciate the extremely helpful support team, intuitive beginner-friendly controls, and fast replacement service when unexpected accidents happen. However, some people mentioned experiencing frustratingly slow customer service response times, communication challenges, and completely unresolved technical difficulties with their devices. First time and learning
I still need some guidance into the first connection and flight. Is there someone I can email about the insurance plans and pricing? Thanks.

Completely enjoy the Atom SE
Completely enjoy the Atom SE, it's a blast to fly, I'm still a total beginner, and learning every single time I fly, like finding a place where I can see the instructions on the controller without the sun glare on my phone screen, the drone does totally amazing things

Very nice drone I fell in love with this piece.. and all the features it has just incredible unorthodox with so many features to use.. I will be glad when they make longer batteries.. two is good to kill time three batteries is okay for an hour and some change.. but consider with improving battery life I will most definitely buy a newer version of the drone thank you very much potensic!
Wicked little drone!
I own the OG Atom great drone still fly no issues ever with this one, then Atom2 excellent had a couple little concerns, support team was excellent to deal with and sorted it out promptly. Atom2 is responsive and easy to fly great price, I highly recommend this one no disappointments.
Excellent Drone!
This drone is awesome from beginners to experienced! Great features and responds accurately. Only thing I would say to improve on is obstacle avoidance.

New phone problem
After connecting my brand new phone to the controller I was unable to access any settings (even though I could still fly the drone!). Tried another phone, with the same results. I contacted Potensic Support and they were terrific - understanding and patient, and after viewing the video they had requested they solved the problem straight away. Great service from a fantastic support team. Thanks!
Awesome potensic Atom
We have owned this drone now for a year, I own 2 other drones (DJI) This drone comes everywhere with us, The size and weight is a big bonus, the quality of the camera/gimbal is excellent. Both my boys enjoy flying the drone, it is a pleasure to fly. The controls, camera, video and use of the Potensic app are all very straight forward. This is a very resilient drone that deals with the wind well and gives around 30 minutes flight with one battery. Customer service are very helpful!
Drone Novice
I like Potensic Drones. Taking photos and videos are awesome. Price is almost half of the price of leading brands. Easy to learn to fly a drone even for beginner like me.

Nice drone and very easy to fly
Nice drone and very easy to fly. Picture quality is good. Like the the home landing feature. Not bad price for a refurbished model. Also this is my first drone.
Go for the more expensive drone if you can
The drone I bought, (Atom LT) didn't come with the cord I needed so I had to pay extra for one. The video it takes side-to-side goes crooked because it doesn't have a 3-way gimbal like the 1 & 2 do. Otherwise, I do love the quality of videos and pictures I do get. And when the battery goes down it really does return to where it took off. Its battery lasts for a long time and the app actually works in my phone (unlike DJI).

This is my first drone
This is my first drone, and I love this product! I did a lot of research for the best drone under $500, read reviews, watched non sponsored reviews of drones under $500 and you can't beat the price and quality of Potensic products.
