Shopify queries not working with data missing. Support claimed that they were trying to troubleshoot with Shopify, but their only proposed solution to date has been to ask me to share a Shopify export for them to backfill the data. I provided some data to help them see the discrepancies, then they asked me for the full data. Isn't it a little weird to sell you a tool to automate your data pulls when the data is actually backfilled with a manual export pulled by you from your Shopify store? Isn't it like stealing your watch and then telling you the time?... When I challenged them, they avoided then dropped the ball.

A Frustrating Nightmare of Incompatibility and Nonexistent Customer Service
I recently had the misfortune of using Power My Analytics, and I cannot tell you how disappointing and frustrating experience it has been. The company claims to integrate data seamlessly from popular platforms and provide the best reporting tools for digital marketers, but in reality, it's nothing short of a complete disaster.
First of all, the software is practically unusable. Despite their promises, it fails miserably to sync with essential tools like Google Sheets, Data Studio, and even Linkedin Ads. The so-called "integration" is more of a mirage than a reality, wasting valuable time and money in the process. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient solution to streamline your data, look elsewhere because Power My Analytics is not up to the task.
Adding insult to injury is the abysmal customer service. I reached out multiple times with a critical problem, and despite their claim of having good customer service, I have yet to receive a callback after several months. It seems like once they have your money, you become nothing more than an afterthought to them.
Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted resources – steer clear of Power My Analytics. There are countless other options in the market that actually deliver on their promises and provide the support you need. Don't make the same mistake I did; this software is a regrettable choice for anyone serious about efficient data management and reporting.

There are so many great aspects about my experience with Power My Analytics... where do I begin? The user interface is very intuitive and when I had trouble getting a few metrics from Meta Business Suite, the tech support was responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend this product enough!
I have joined Power My Analytics to create a performance interactive report for our E-commerce company for approximately 2 weeks. We are using multiple sources so far, including Shopify and Facebook Ads. Power My Analytics makes the connection extremely easy and the connection is quite stable. I also started off by having a call with Power My Analytics representative and they offered amazing customer service with constant check up on me. I really recommended their products.
