Customer Service rocks!
I ordered bundles to make the Fresh Bread towels and the Sunday Dinner towels. The bundle for the Sunday Dinner towels didn’t have any contrast. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. I would definitely but from Purl Soho again. The quality of the products and the quality of customer service is outstanding!
Cocoon Cardigan in Plein Air
I purchased Plein Air and a pattern from Pear Soho. Very quick shipment and beautiful yarn. I did not understand a section of the pattern, and read through all the previous questions and answers so I emailed them and they sent back the answer within hours!!

I have tried to learn to knit for years and finally your videos taught me. I was able to relax and just knit. I am learning on the beginners’s scarf knitting kit. Looking forward to more more and making another scarf. thank you!!
awesome customer service
I emailed customer service twice and got immediate help on both occasions. I got the pattern I bought from Purl Soho immediately (It was downloadable) and am just waiting for my yarn, purchased with the pattern. I'm so impressed by their customer service. If the yarn is anywhere near as good as their customer service, they've got me for life, even though I can get yarn cheaper elsewhere.

The Sierra yarn is beautiful
The Sierra yarn is beautiful, soft, and lively to knit. I love the charcoal Grey color. The vest pattern I bought is cute, but could use some more instruction, like the total number of armhole stitches to pick up and additional shaping at the neck.

The yarn knits up beautifully!
The yarn knits up beautifully! Winding the yarn into a ball was tortuous for the first skein and okay until the last 100 yards or so for the second skein. For this reason alone I knocked off a star.

I love the cotton yarn I purchased for a baby blanket! Beautiful colors of high quality yarn. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged along the way.
