Good

There's some problem with subscriptions.I've already subscribed.I'm getting charged again, for the program that I've already paid for I already have it on my computer. Why should I pay $83? When I have the program working for me, I do not approve these $83 or whatever it was.\n Please explain why am I being billed automatically putting my account in peril?

I have used this product for many years…

I have used this product for many years moving from Classic to Business and back as my needs changed. I was always able to update to the needed system with ease. My accounting needs now are quite simple and this product allows me to perform all my tasks with ease.

Hating the high renewal cost for things I don't use!

I love quicken and have used it for many years. It works well and helps me to keep track of our finances. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that I now have to pay almost $100 a year to keep it. If I don't renew I get this awful PERMANENT banner reminding me to renew. I don't use the online things or updates you offer so don't need that, but the PERMANENT banner limits what is on the screen and is annoying. Why can't there be more options for being able to continue to use Quicken for what I do need and not have to pay for things I don't use!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

Longtime Quicken User

Longtime Quicken User. Have concerns about having to pay ever increasing fees to use software that use to not be a yearly subscription. The fee goes up and the product remains largely the same without many upgrades to justify the increasing costs

Great Product

Great product that I have used for years. Like everything else it’s starting to become over engineered. Pretty soon it’s going to have the ability to keep track of how many gallons of water I use. Just because you can enhance it doesn’t mean you should enhance it. I CAN pierce my dogs ears but I don’t because there is no value added to me or them.

Quicken meets my basic needs but has many features I don't use

Quicken meets my basic need to track expenses and log balance progress in my savings and investments with the feature to download transactions from my credit card and bank accounts. However, Quicken provides a multitude of features I don’t use and at some point, with the ever-increasing subscription cost, I will likely be motivated to take the time - and effort - to switch to a free application such as GnuCash. Or simply build my own with Excell. A better option would be for Quicken to offer a basic version without all the frills for a lower cost – that is backward compatible to the current version.

I'll keep using Quicken for now but I…

I'll keep using Quicken for now but I have made repeated requests for the following features in order of importance. - Undo capability to reverse previouse actions - Integration with 1 PassWord - Ability to set a tolerance in the difference between "Reported and Held in Quicken" share balances, either by shares or % value.

Quicken Works Well for Me

I am an old traditional user and I don't use many of the features of Quicken, i.e. downloads, etc. Quicken works well for me. It is easy to use and I love the availability of tech support if you have a problem; a feature that was not available when I first started using Quicken and was the reason I left the software for a number of years.
