I down graded to Deluxe from Premier because the Morningstar portfolio X-ray tool...sucked. It listed 60% of my portfolio as unclassified. I've been using Quicken for as long as it's been in existence, shame on you for putting out a product at a really premium price that doesn't work.

Managing my checkbook and accounts.
I like it for managing my checkbook and financial accounts ONLY. Have been using it since 1997. I dislike having to renew it annually now because you cut off the transfer feature on my accounts/checkbook when I stopped. I just want the basic program and not your exotic features you think someone might want. Split the program up and offer a Basis version with price to match and not what I have to pay now to renew.
I use continuously Quicken for my personal finances since 1997, is the best tool for keeping me in peace and knowing where I am standing with regards to money
I’ve been using Quicken for so long that I’d be lost without it. I log on daily to check on my investments, make sure my retirement accounts are doing ok, check my budget numbers, and of course pay my bills. Can’t imagine my financial life without Quicken.

The program imports data into the wrong account, I spend a lot of time trying to figure out where the data should go. It's a difficult program to learn, it has taken me a long time to learn the basics. I gave it a higher star than a 3 because it's powerful program and suited for someone who has a good grasp of checks and balances.

Wish that I did not have to give a bad…
Wish that I did not have to give a bad review of a product that I have used for years. In most recent years I have had problems with postings on my accounts that I did not make myself (Quicken Systems) did; and I cannot seem to get it fixed by anyone that I have spoken to (several times). I am so disgusted at this point. Someone with the know-how and authority needs to contact me to solve the issue once and for all. Thanks!
You automatically renewed without notice. I don't use Quicken every day, more like once a month. Your automatic renewal was not expected. I have set a reminder to cancel before it happens again.
I am sure that this program works for the masses; however, I only use one function of it. I only use the checking account and income stmt and balance sheet. I do not use any other part of it and have NEVER called or contacted you for help on anything. I have only ever needed a basic program to get my taxes done. I have no employees. I am retired, work part time, run a hobby business and draw SS and I am over 65.
I love the functionality of Quicken. I've been using it for 15 years or longer. However, in the last couple of years, I've encountered multiple problems, much difficulty in getting help and spent hours, many hours, trying to resolve the problems. And today, more of the same. Sigh.

The software has many bugs, especially in files. I spent $400 for file corruption repair which worked well for a year but now back to errors. Very frustrating.
From time to time when I open Quicken I do not have my current data I had input and saved. So have to scurry around and re enter transactions as hard to try and open with a previously saved file.
