Worst customer service and support I have ever experienced. I ordered rear seat covers for my truck and even proved it to them with my account photos. It shows rear seat covers on my account but they sent front seat covers which don’t work with heated seats. I disputed the order as it was not returnable but they said since it was over 30 days they will not honor the dispute. These are not returnable in the first place but all I asked them was to send me the rear cover per my order because they shipped the wrong cover but they denied my claim even though they shipped the wrong cover. Worst company I’ve used online and do not purchase from this company. Do not recommend

I great value parts for my money, with Real Truck

Horrible company logistics

I ordered this two months, when I did, I was supposed to get it in a week. Two months passed, I get the cover and is missing two rails , one hour tryi to figure out how to install it just to find out the only jod they had which was pack all the pieces and the box, they did wrong. Horrible logistics of this company

Great customer service/ poor product

The customer service was good however I porpoisly didn’t write a review of the product till now. My Jeep is kept in a garage and only driven a few days a month. The fit of the fenders are horrible at best. The tops are wavy, the lights don’t fit well and after taking it on a two week vacation and driving it in the rain 3 times during vacation one of them are rusting already. There is zero gap between the fenders and the body on the front, this is causing tiny rocks to become stuck in between the fenders and the painted body. There is a gap in the back fenders that does not cause this issue. Overall for as much as these fenders cost the craftsmanship is horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone and now have to spend more money replacing them.

Using the website was tricky and bit overwhelming, but calling in a speaking to Alex and then the incredibly awesome Zach changed the game for me and convinced me to buy through RT and not some competitors. My tonneau cover arrives soon and I'm looking forward to trying it out. Thanks for working with me guys - I've already told 6 different truck owning friends about RT and they're stoked!

Poor fitting item

Poor fitting item. I spent 1.5 hours installing it and the fit is very cheap. I wish bought a soft top that would fit better at half the price. I hope RealTruck contacts me and helps me out. Dave Pateuk Norfolk, MA

Great customer service but the Husky…

Great customer service but the Husky Aeroskin does not have enough foam in the package. Box was creased and the hood protector film was torn and there’s a small scratch on the plastic. I know it might get that way once it’s installed, but I hate to pay $100 for the protector and it’s slightly damaged coming out of the box.

Actually being able to call

Actually being able to call, and talk to a Sales Rep directly, and him going and verifying that the WEB site was wrong, and the product was indeed for my year of truck was great. He took my order and can't wait to install them.

Order fulfilment is the worst

Order fulfilment is the worst. Items shipped from the manufacturer, not the Realtruck warehouse. No timeline for shipment. You just wait and wait. Payment is made upon ordering, not shipping. Call to customer service is a waste of time. Shop elsewhere, this outfit is a joke. A bad joke.

Sold a product they Did not have and could not get.

I was in need of a bug deflector with fast shipping, so I searched and “Real Truck” had one at a decent price with a delivery date of today Friday July 10th. I ordered it and when I checked day later it still showed processing. I inquired and received an email next day saying my money had been refunded as the item was discontinued. This is not the first time they have let me down. I wish they would have been transparent in the first place so I could have ordered one from somewhere else. Now I definitely will not have one in a timely manner. I’ll probably stay away from “Real Truck” moving forward as they are unreliable.

We ordered a Gator Tonneau bed cover…

We ordered a Gator Tonneau bed cover and was told we would receive the item within a 5 day timeframe which we did not as the label was created but never shipped. Spoke with customer service and was then told they were sending it overnight and we would receive it by 5pm the next day, again label was created and never shipped.
