Reached out via chat session after hours. Cody connected with me and the rest is history. He worked hard to help me get the answers I needed about fitment for my H2. When the specific groups were not online, he took down my information and followed up the very next morning. When I got up, Cody's email was waiting for me. I wasn't in any kind of hurry, but Cody did not want me to wait. After he provided me with the installation instructions and other info he was able to gather from the manufacturer, I went ahead and made the purchase. The pre-sales experience was fantastic and I would definitely work with Cody again to help with my next purchase.

I ordered a sun visor for my truck to protect it from the Sun. It showed the product was available. I ordered this product 2 weeks ago. It still has not shipped. I was told the company would call me back and do something for me because it was a first-time purchase and a terrible experience. Never received a call back. This company does not care about their customers and they want your money and they'll make you wait on the product. I will never shop with this company ever. I will find a better company to get the products from. This company's customer service is terrible and their communication is terrible as well. They have no sense of direction and they're not going to go very far if they keep treating the customers like this.

Avoid at all Costs

Overall, ok

The order process was good, very helpful. After ordering, tracking was quite difficult, had to call support who had to submit a ticket to get tracking status. Upon receiving the bed liner, I think they could customize them a bit better. No holes were cut for things like tie down points in the bed, accessory plug etc. Had to cut it all myself.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! I never had a customer service this bad . No support whatsoever. They won’t get behind on their product. They even won’t get back to their dealers that were asking parts from them to fix my issue.Warranty for 5 years?! It’s just a joke. If you purchased anything before they changed company name they won’t even care. Big mistake buying anything from them.

Be careful when ordering through their…

Be careful when ordering through their website. I ordered a tonneau cover that said it would ship the next day. 10 days later it still hadn’t shipped. It takes them days to respond to emails. Finally called. Said they would check on shipping. Again 2 days goes by and crickets. I finally canceled which took them another 2 days to respond to. In the mean time ordered the exact Real Truck tonneau cover from Amazon. I had it in 2 days. Moral of the story, if it’s available through Amazon get it there. Also, the item is still listed as in stock and next day shipping.

Poor customer service

The original order went smooth, the delivery was good. But when i opened it found the plastic straps to tie it down were broken. A $5 part at best. I just told them to send be the straps and i don't mind to replace them. well three weeks later and no straps. I call and get bounced around to finally be told they have tried to contact the Texas location and have no idea. So i just set up to return my item. Not great customer service after the sail

I've been trying to return an item for 2weeks now. While the reps are courteous, the return just is not moving forward. My advice is make sure you want the item because this company could care less if you want to return anything.

They sold me a defective produce when you open the rear doors steps DO NOT DEPLOY its been over 2 month and they still do not have the updated OBD2 port replacement/warranty part. when you call they just say 4-6 more weeks but cant promise anything.....

RealTruck is a scam company

RealTruck is a scam company. They don't actually have product on hand and frequently cancel orders due to unavailability of items. They also sell garbage products and are very slow to support customers with issues. They sell secure Tonneau covers that you can open easily with just your fingers, no tools needed to break into these "secure" covers. I would avoid doing business with this company.

Chat ox junk

Why do the keep asking my name? Can’t we just say what we need and then proceed. Plus after email to pay they said come back, well the chat box was gone so I had no idea what was going on g to happen. I did get an email an hour later which said order complete. When using a chat box just forgot all the extraneous crap, what’s your name, how are you doing? Nobody cares, we just need a part.

Enlist a little help

The cover proved to be a little more difficult to put on than expected. You will need extra hands to get the first clamp on the rails. After that it was a breeze.
