I am not able to make calls to US as geting is busy in every call, i have added a credit of $5 even then the same response i am getting

Edited | Update Few days ago I harshly criticized the way Rebtel took a certain amount of money from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. Within a very short time, they respond & promise to investigate the source of the problem. Even though it was not their fault they reimbursed my money back — Case closed! Avoid this company at all costs. They made unauthorized deductions from my account for four months. Despite contacting support to stop the payments and demand a refund, nothing has been resolved. It has now been six months with no refund in sight. They are completely dishonest—don't waste your money. Stay away!

scam everything works so smoothly, they take payment and make you subscribe very sneakly and then the APP doesnt work and calls dont work either. Impossible to log in again or cancel subscription. reply: I already contacted costumer service, the acc is blocked for whatever reason and therefor impossible to cancel a membership i do not want. The pay as you go didnt even work because of a so called "flagged number" like you only got excuses and no real service.

I installed Rebtel specifically to avoid high calling costs while abroad. I purchased subscriptions/credits and genuinely believed that my calls were being made through the Rebtel app. Unfortunately, it later turned out that the calls were routed through my mobile provider instead, without any clear warning or notification in the app. As a result, I received a phone bill of €750 from my provider. Had it been clear at any point that the calls were not going through Rebtel, I would have stopped immediately. What makes this especially frustrating is that I actively tried to prevent high costs by using Rebtel. The app gave me the impression that I was calling safely via their service, while in reality that was not the case. Discovering this only after receiving such a high bill feels extremely unfair. I am currently in contact with Rebtel to understand what went wrong and how this will be resolved. I will update this review once it becomes clear how Rebtel handles this situation.
