It was so fun and presented so well. I would definitely say getting a sample box is an experience. I wish one could have been customized with my logo just to see what it could look like especially because the price is a little steep for new businesses but otherwise, these are solid marketing material and definitely different and eye catching. Mental Heart Healing House in Queen Creek Arizona is definitely planning to order for our higher end clients.

At a point doing business by email only is simply not customer friendly. If I ask for a phone call, I should be able to get one to fully communicate my needs. Emails burn up valuable time that could be used to address a customer’s needs once and with clarity. Time differences could mean a longer wait. It was a ridiculous way to have to get my order made. Oh and by the way, I was a returning customer!
While I like the product, the service was underwhelming and frustrating. I would not recommend without also adding my full experience.

i ordered a random sample… some more mascots would be nice
i love the pop up mascot itself, however, it would be nice to see more designs. that being said, the way it was packaged was great and the product itself was constructed well. redpaperplane, it’s time to think of some new designs

The product is good and was produced and delivered promptly. However, the website is programmed to prevent users from adjusting the qty in cart which creates a bad cx and prevented me from ordering online. Also, the pricing model is designed to make customers pay much more in add ons rather than including those benefits in the base price. Seems very nickel and dimey. Good product but bad experience.
