The ring is beautiful but there is a little black dot on the ring and it will not come off so that was disappointing

The associate at the Myrtle Beach Reed’s, Aly Murphy, did an excellent job in rushing our order because we would be out of town on the date it was to arrive. She went over and above for us to ensure the order would arrive at our door before we went on vacation. She was very helpful and understanding. Aly was great! The necklace was beautiful.
