Purchased a Bulova watch as a graduation gift for my son. The watch was shipped next day but somehow got lost in transit. Customer service offered a reimbursement or replacement. I chose replacement, but now the watch is out of stock. Although not Reeds fault, this purchase was a huge inconvenience and now I am left scrambling for a gift. Still waiting on the reimbursement to go through
