I was impressed with the fast and quick response and delivery. Also it was easy to navigate through the website to see the variety of jewelry. It informed me if a particular piece was available and if it was in store for pickup or had to be delivered. I love, absolutely love my necklace and its just what I've been looking for. The length is great too.
