By booking with you my billing is…higher

By booking with you my billing is completely messed up. I was billed twice for my stay at first. When I tried to get that corrected I was billed again. My credit card tells me it could take up to sixty days to get everything resolved. If I travel again I will deal directly with the place I plan to stay. Besides that it cost 30% more to book with you.

The woman Maybelline who helped me on the phone was fabulous. The property looks great. What I did not appreciate is getting quoted a rate including taxes and fees, then having the Refund Protection Fee offered later (should have presented a refundable and non-refundable option) and then, what really is bad, is then telling me about the Resort Fee after we're almost done with the booking. TELL ME UP FRONT WHAT THE FULL AMOUNT IS GOING TO BE, DO NOT ADVERTISE/CLAIM "including taxes and fees" if that is NOT the case.

Surprise hotel need

I discovered it when I came home from work that my AC was broken the house was in the upper 90’s My pup and I needed a room and Hidungmayum was very helpful and friendly. Within about five minutes I had a room for the night with the option to extend it if necessary.excellent service!

The Fairfield was a terrible…

The Fairfield was a terrible experience. First of all we got to the hotel. You had given us a room for handicap people. We are not handicapped the next day. We asked them to clean our room. They didn’t that day after it. They did not clean our room for three days. This was a terrible hotel. How could it be married? We asked them to give us a discount because they did not treat as well nor clean our rooms as of today we don’t have a discount. I want the 40% discount or I will sue them and Zacca.
