Not received my item, not received a refund, customer service ignoring me. Before dispatching my item, they asked for clarification on the delivery address. I sent them the correct address, and then I got a notification that my item had been sent off… to a different postcode that I did not provide. I don’t know where they pulled that random postcode from, so I emailed, On 9th Jan, that there was a mistake and gave them the right address again. No reply. Since then I have sent 2/3 emails asking where my parcel is, or a refund, or why they sent it to some random destination, and I haven’t had any response. It’s now the 24th of Feb. It’s one thing that I don’t have the gift to give to a good friend. It’s another thing that they won’t even respond to the same email that they messaged me on, so I know without a doubt that Im not sending it to the wrong email. Order number 165052 Do not waste your money. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad before. Genuinely wondering if I’ve bought of a scam website.

I brought a personalised heart ring of my parents- order number - #166719 on 28th January and I still haven’t received it!? Customer service TERRIBLE as their ignored FIVE EMAILS!!! I spent a lot of money on that ring and it would also mean the world to me to have the ring I purchased being it a picture of my late mother and father. 😞 so disappointed and unhappy. ordered a personalised car key chain, over a week in advance thinking this is enough time for my order. it hasn't been shipped, tracking hasn't updated, absolutely no contact from customer support have tried to email them numerous times to either expedite shipping or cancel my order but i fear they are purposely avoiding answering me so that they don't lose out on their money. thought i could trust this website based on other reviews but quite clearly cannot, be very weary when ordering from them.
