What people say

NOT GREAT ANYMORE!

Update 12/8: Nothing has changed. Live chat Support is still awful. I also hate the support rep calling me “buddy” where is the professionalism? It literally takes over an hour to just explain that I need a new invoice for my suspended hosting. I seriously have to find another company I hate contacting them for anything. Not what they used to be, support is awful. Snappy, the websites I have are constantly offline, you have to email for the most basic task possible and the person they have handling support has a nasty attitude. SKYPE support was kind and caring, this new person is rude and unprofessional. When my domain is set expire, I will move my services and domain. I will never buy another service or domain with them ever again and I've been with them for many years now. Goodbye!

Hi Tricia We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. From our end, allow us to clarify on what transpired with your earlier domain order: - You placed the order over on the wrong platform - In light of this, you were informed that you would need to place your orders over on shinjiru.com - Therefore, our billing department moved your domain to shinjiru.com and you were notified via ticket sent to your email once it was done - Moving forward, we provided you with the steps to place an order directly via your client area over on shinjiru.com instead Besides that, you highlighted an issue to update the domain nameservers on your end via your client area. We have also informed you on the below: - All domains aren’t directly linked to the domain registrar backend. - Therefore, any nameserver update would need to be performed by our support team. You may reach out to us via our live chat platform or via our 24/7 ticketing platform where tech support is always available to assist. We sincerely apologise if the service provided to you was not up to par which led you feeling frustrated at that particular moment. We hear you and are constantly taking steps to streamline these processes for our clients. Let us know if you need any further support. Shinjiru.COM

Been running my site on StrongBolt Five…

Been running my site on StrongBolt Five for a while now, and honestly – it’s rock solid. Super stable servers, great speed, and most importantly, real privacy. I didn’t have to mess around too much – everything was smooth from the start. Support replied fast the one time I needed them. If you’re after offshore hosting that just delivers, Shinjiru nailed it.

Everyone here don't understand Shinjiru's Value

These people who complained doesn't understand the appeal of Shinjiru. They expecting S tier peformance with cheap pricing. that's just not possible. Shinjiru is for people who values privacy, and want some peace of minds. Shinjiru is the only hosting that I know where I can put my Info as N/A in every field of the user data, meaning they won't even know who their customers is, because they don't need to. And for some of these people who are talking about nonexisting support, I don't understand what you guys talking about. Their support is excellent and they even helped me outside of their support time. Please read more about their T&C and everything to understand where Shinjiru shines compared to other hosting. They're not your regular ol' hosting so don't expect them to be the same as other thousands of hosting out there.

Shinjiru is an absolute and unmitigated…

Shinjiru is an absolute and unmitigated scam! I shelled out my hard-earned cash for their hosting and a domain, and my website is simply dead in the water. It should be live, fully functional, and instead, it's just a black hole of nothingness. Their claim of 24/7 support isn't just false; it's a blatant, disgusting lie. I've tried their live chat three separate times, each attempt met with the same infuriating, automated message: "No agents available." It's a joke. A sick, twisted joke designed to string you along. And tickets? Forget about it. They're clearly routed directly to a digital black hole, never to be seen or answered again. Do not, under any circumstances, throw your money away on these charlatans. This isn't just bad service; it's deceptive, predatory behavior. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the financial loss. Shinjiru is a monumental rip-off.

Hi, We hear your frustration — and while it’s clear you had a rough experience, allow us to clarify a few things based on what we’ve found from our end. 1. You reached out to our live chat three times — we did check — and each time was during a period where all agents were either actively assisting others or briefly away. In such cases, our system automatically asks for your email so we can follow up, but in all three attempts, no contact info was left. Without that, we had no way to reach back to you. 2. You mentioned submitting tickets — but we couldn’t find any under your ID in our chat system (Tawk) or our main ticketing platform. If a ticket was indeed submitted but missing key info or sent via a different method, it may not have been routed correctly. We’re not trying to deflect here, just being transparent about what’s been logged. 3. As for the site issue — we’d love to look into it and help. But we’ll need at least your domain or order ID to get started. Without that, we’re flying blind. Lastly, we want to make it clear: we’re a real team, doing real work, not some “scam” operation. If that’s how things felt to you, that’s on us to fix — but we can’t do that unless we’re given the chance. Drop us your details and we’ll take it from there — no runaround, just straight-up support. — Shinjiru.Com

I like the products and the service BUT…

I like the products and the service overall. I really like that I can choose the offshore location, pay via crypto, and remain anonymous. What suffers is the customer service. No ownership, no focus on service or solving issues. Agents sole focus seems to be on CLOSING the ticket ASAP. Ive been using it only a short time and again the product, service choices are quite nice but the customer service is SEVERLY lacking. FYI.... Shinjiru is in fact one company w two separate Trustpilot listings/rankings -------------------- Conclusion shinjiru.com and shinjiru.com.my are not separate companies. They are both operated by Shinjiru Technology Sdn. Bhd., sharing the same headquarters, management, and service infrastructure. The two domains serve as different entry points (likely for international and Malaysian audiences) but are part of the same organization.

Dear valued customer, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with customer service didn’t meet expectations. Just to clarify, regarding the support ticket system — when our team responds to a ticket, the system automatically marks it as “closed” on our end. This doesn’t mean the issue is finalized or ignored. You can simply reply to the same ticket anytime, and it will automatically reopen and notify the agent. This helps us keep the system clean and responsive, especially when handling a high volume of support requests. That said, we’ll definitely take your comments seriously and look into how we can better communicate this within our support flow, as well as continue improving the overall experience for our users. Thanks again for your trust in our services — we’re here if you need anything.
