I had a great experience renting with Sixt at Vadi Istanbul Branch. The pick-up took reasonable time, and the staff was friendly, and very helpful.
The car was clean and neat, in excellent condition, having a Bluetooth CarPlay and exactly what I expected.

San Diego Airport Sixt - got a perfect family car 3rd row with a good discount. Customer service is top notch. Booking was fast, return is even faster. Staff during pick up and return were polite and helpful. Our kids loved the car - jeep Wagoneer - big and safe, rides were very smooth, surprisingly easy parking for a such big car. Definitely will come again.
We had an excellent check-in experience, and the complimentary vehicle upgrade was very much appreciated. In retrospect, it was particularly welcome given the highways, distances and challenging terrain we covered during our trip. The upgraded vehicle made the journey considerably more comfortable and was a thoughtful touch that really added to the experience.
I travel for business every 5 weeks. I usually rent from Avis but this time I accidentally booked my rental for pick up at the wrong airport. Avis was not accommodating they wanted to triple charge me! So I canceled with them went over to the Sixt counter and a nice man I think his name is Paul helped me and I was able to rent a Volvo for $100 less than the original rental I had booked with Avis. So going forward I’m going to rent from Sixt.
My experience with SIXT at Frankfurt Airport was excellent from start to finish. The staff member was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Instead of the car I had originally booked, I received an upgrade to an Audi A3 quattro.
I was slightly sceptical at first because I usually prefer larger cars, but this car completely changed my mind. It felt very safe and stable and was genuinely enjoyable to drive.
Overall, the entire process was smooth and the service was excellent. I would definitely choose SIXT again.
Wish I could give 0. The lady at the counter not only pressured my husband into an upgrade but insurance. She only gave him two options for full or partial but not to decline it. And now we are having issues with the vehicle itself and they are saying we can’t get a trade in for 2 days. So we have to take our chances and hope we aren’t stuck on the side of the road in this Georgia heat. I will never rent with them again.

While the car rental staff at the airport were wonderful with a quick check in and out, customer service regarding double billing for a rental has been much less satisfactory. While I prepaid for my rental and was thus charged, I was then charged for not picking up the car. I had picked out another car on their app when the one I had prepaid for was not available. I was easily given it at the airport. So I was shocked to find a second invoice. I talked to an agent on the phone for half an hour but he could only find one bill and had me email their service/help email. I have been waiting for a response for 10 days and have emailed twice and am now considering disputing the extra charge on my cc. It has been unduly stressful and although I am traveling a lot due to family illnesses I will not use SIXT again.
Our original rental car company during a recent trip to Orlando, FL provided us with a car that had worn tires, an engine that seemed to have dropped a cylinder or other type of power loss where the car stalled and had a bad vibration through the steering wheel once up to 50mph. They also were almost an hour late picking us up from the airport. We did not have any reservations with SIXT and just walked up to there desk. Leo took it upon himself to ensure we got a great deal on our last minute rental, got a great vehicle (brand new), and an overall awesome experience considering everything. We were back on vacation within 30 min. Staff and service were great. Thanks Leo!
