Went into store on Saturday, purchased my beautiful sofa. Sofa in stock so picked my delivery day of the following Thursday. Arrived Thursday in perfect condition by very polite helpful delivery people. Job done!!!! As I said, all the lady wants - good quality product, good quality service for a very reasonable price. Thank you ☺️

Very happy

I was very happy with the service received. I had to change the delivery date several times due to my moving date being changed and they were very accommodating. I was given a time slot and all went exactly to plan. Efficient service - no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

Good product, company could do better on service

Nice sofa, but no assistance with unpacking or removal of packing materials, you also only have a short time to report a fault. Also make sure you've chosen the right one/size before ordering as this company don't make it easy to cancel, you can't cancel in store and getting through on the phone to customer care isn't easy, & if you leave it too late there's even a penalty clause so you lose money!

Poor quality

After only 3 weeks my back cushions are already soft and won't stay in shape. Called customer care but never returned my call. I happy but seems nothing I can do

We were sold furniture care, yet when we needed it they told us we weren't covered for our complaint. We are not happy and are taking it further to the trade standards.

reclining settee

tried out the product instore decided to buy,was intitially given wrong info about finance but this was soon sorted satisfactorily.But then had a few weeks to wait for delivery, but once it arrived it was found to be excellent. Worth the wait.

four wing leather chairs

I am very pleased with my four chairs, I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family. Your delivery was excellent and everything went well, I thought I would buy these chairs having seen your add on the television,. I was rather anxious about the delivery having been told by a local furniture company who tried to deliver some chairs we ordered from them, that they could not get their furniture through the door. Their furniture was smaller than your chairs, they simply took them away and gave us the money back, I just could not believe it but, no problems with your delivery men, my furniture was delivered with no problems. Also, what a lovely free gift a French farm house mirror, wonderful. Many thanks 😃

Sofa is Superb

We recieved our Sofa on the day we requested although they turned up 2 hours early and dump the Sofa with one of our contractors which we were not happy about as they did not try and get in touch. The Sofa was in perfect condition so overall we are delighted with it

furnicher purchest

I ordered two to seated setae's.Thay were ready to be delivered the next day if I whonted.The delivery was on time well packaged the two men that delivered them were very helpful The man that done my order at the store mad the proses very easy and explained the paper work to me.I am pleased with my product.
