Early Delivery
Was there before time of expected delivery which was great. Were very quick and efficient at unloading the goods. Could have taken more care when lifting sofa through doorway

Could not faul
Thank you for good drivers who were great help, as Iam disabled, they put my Sofa together, for me.
Suggestions for improvement of your service.
Helpful delivery men, but would have appreciated them being able to unpack the 5-drawer oak tallboy for me, as struggling to lift it out of the packaging myself (I'm 80 and only 5 feet tall) was a mite stressful !! The only other complaint is that it is almost impossible to find cups to fit the feet of the reclining sofa. The ones I bought are too deep, so if I try to move the sofa, the outside feet simply slide out of the cups. Suggestions would be appreciated. Failing that, how about redesigning the feet or supplying cups that fit properly?

chair delivered on day we were told and the delivery mem were great they unpacked it and put it together, very pleased
Tale of two deliveries.
Main part of delivery was done with a rather bad tempered driver and a rather intimidated young assistant. Second delivery was carried out about ten days later by two friendly helpful young men.They took the score up to three stars from an otherwise dismal one star.

Recliner Leather Sofa and Chair
Polite unpushy staff in store, delivery date and time confirmed the next day, delivery on time (in fact early which was good for me!), Helpful, friendly and efficient delivery drivers, I appreciate that they only drop off but recliner sofa and chair very easy to assemble and needed to be in two parts to get into small doors in house. Quality of furniture very good. Thoroughly enjoying our new furniture, would totally recommend Oak Furniture to anyone.
Sofa purchase and delivery
The in store salesman was fine so I was very satisfied with that experience. When the sofa was delivered however, it came in separate parts and I wasn't aware that I had to assemble it myself. To be honest it wasn't too difficult anyway but the biggest issue was when I had to dispose of the huge box it was delivered in myself as the delivery men refused to take it away. I paid over 1k for this so I don't expect to have to do this.

Excellent product poor after sales complaint reaction
Excellent product. I paid £39 extra for a known time slot. The sofa was delivered outside of that time slot. When I complained I was fobbed off by the after sales team and feel I was missold the time slot.
Eastbourne Sofa and chair
Lovely furniture perfect for my lounge, excellent service and delivery turned up right on time, it's the first time I have ever purchased from Sofastore but would certainly recomend.
