Almost perfect. I am still waiting for a call from a manager so that I can pay for a unit in Mint Hill NC
Too many phone calls to pay over the phone.
Chris at Devon Storage in Memphis was very helpful. I did get an email about the reservation that I made. And I tried to pay online so that my daughter could move her stuff in. I’m out of town so I’m not able to physically go in there and when I went online they were not helpful at all and I had to call and wait on hold for the physical company again and still didn’t get to pay. They said the company will call me so I could pay over the phone. It looks like on the one hand is the physical company and the other hand is some kind of management and they’re not talking to each other and it’s making me very angry. why is it taking so many phone calls for y’all to take my credit card information?
