I wouldn’t do business with this company
The raise the rent pretty quickly after you move in and you wouldn’t know this unless you ask them directly. There is also no way to cancel your reservation without calling them- many aspects of the booking process with this company seem deliberately designed to trick customers into spending more and making it harder to extricate yourself. There’s a button to click for everything about your reservation except for canceling. I’m sure they’ll be clogging up my inbox now. I don’t have time to spend on the phone canceling my reservation when I should be able to do it online. There’s no option for that. I don’t find this company trustworthy.

Couldn't get the special price because…
Couldn't get the special price because the app wouldn't accept my reservation so that I could pay. Instead, I had to pay more than I wanted to and it's for a 6 month lease.
