We had difficulty redeeming gift card and first employee seemed to get a tad frustrated. Alexis stepped in and turned everything around. She was simply amazing in every aspect from customer service, attitude and personality. It is the people like her that keep us coming back to SW.
Boots arrived on time! Before ordering I called and asked about exchanges or returns and spoke to the sweetest lady. She was super helpful and assured me if there was a need to a return or exchange in size there would be no issues at all. Great customer service these days is a super rare thing, so this experience so far has been exceptional. The Anderson Bean boots we ordered our son for Christmas appear to be just as advertised and looks like a super well made boot. Thanks you Stages West! We will be in Pigeon Forge in June of 2023 vacationing and plan to stop in and thank you personally. Thank you!!
