Graph Tec guitar parts are awesome About the Graft Tec nuts drasticamy guitars help my guitars stay in tune.
When I first heard anything about Graph I had a guitar with factory metal string trees and was having major problems with tuning my 1st couple of stings. The strings were hanging up on the trees. Id tune a string then go to the next one and tune it and it pulled the 1st string out of tune. I replaced the trailer trees with the Graph Tec trees and problem solved. I build custom electric guitars and leave the option of GT's nuts and saddles as an extra. They're a bit pricey but if you want definitely better tuning stability then their products are worth every penny. TOMMY G CUSTOM GUITARS

Regarding that Promise, if a tool breaks or wears down with use, we replace that for free. Any StewMac tool purchase is a lifetime purchase! Otherwise, we're sorry to hear of the issues with applying that discount. We can confirm that this was able to be applied by our Customer Service department after placing your order and you should see the discounted amount reflected with your method of payment in no more than 1-3 business days. I was able to order a set of tuners for my banjo with no difficulty. Hopefully they will be a perfect match for the holes in the banjo head, as well as mine.

Stewmac is the best
Stewmac is, has and will always be my go to shop for guitar everything. I ordered replacement tuning machines and they never showed. After contacting customer service a new set was immediately shipped. A week later the original set showed up. When I called to find out where to ship the original set back I was told to just keep them. When u receive the best customer service you continue to shop.
Times have changed. My satisfaction has not.
I knew what I was looking for and found it. The site is easy to navigate. The price was acceptable. StewMax membership made it easy. No complaints here.I haave been buying from StewMac since the days of print catalogs and never been disappointed or felt shortchanged. What more can one ask? I remember spending days finding something in those old Sears and Roebuck wannabees. LOL.
