However I emailed them and let them know and true to form, they replied immediately and informed me the forgotten item has now been sent. Great service! I've all ways gotten quality products from uor company. Returning to my music interests I was shocked by ur high shipping costs. I'm going to get my products locally to avoid $50.00 yr addon for stamps. Additionally I'll have a person to talk to! Hoping ur days will be happy and fill with music 🎶

Not sure yet, kinda feel like this review request email shouldn't have been sent till I got my order lol. I liked the range of items carried on the site, but I was disappointed how much stuff was out of stock. I was hoping to be able to get everything I needed here, but lots of bridge pins were out of stock. I was really shocked to see how limited the guitar pick and string selection was. All this to say, StewMac was the ONLY place that listed the dimensions for some of the bridge pins you sell; huge help! Thank you! No other site has this and it was crucial for this job. I really hope the rest of the bridge pins get dimensions and the inventory fills out over time. I've been a very loyal Sweetwater fan the last 20 years, but they don't have much of a selection for parts and zero dimensions on things bridge pins. When you're fixing or assembling an instruments, material and dimensions are critical. Even a place that would allow free returns (with free shipping included) for things that don't fit would still be a hassle and a big time waste. Hopefully this doesn't come off too critical :) Just looking to provide helpful feedback. I will definitely be looking to you guys in the future, and I'll definitely be picking up quite a few of your tools to add to my collection. Thanks so much for filling such a void. Kind of wild it's 2026, the internet is huge, music instruments seem bigger than ever, but there aren't more places like this. Great for ya'll though!
