After receiving a warped back and sides set, I emailed customer service and received a very prompt response. I was given 2 options to make it right. I chose to have the set replaced, and I received the new set the following day (very nice Indian rosewood). Kudos to StewMac customer service!!! Amazing Customer Service
I love buying from StewMac. Always a good experience. This order had an issue with one of the parts I ordered. I sent a note and it was addressed right away and had a new part in the mail that day. Sometimes, like in this case, when an issue arises and you see how a company handles it, you become even more of a fan. Great Customer Service!!!!

2 items were missing from my order (since fixed). I tried connecting via the StewMac site but kept getting CAPTCHA errors. I called the 800 # but there's no way to leave a voicemail or speak with a live representative, you just get redirected to the website. Pretty frustrating.
