Mohammed introduced Sampreeth Patel Process Manager phone: 407-794-5636 Mail: sam@ convisorit.com Web: www. convisorit.com I entered into an agreement with Sampreeth for IT training. Various excuses were given for the failure to conduct classes, including the trainer being ill, software updates, and miscommunication issues. Due to these repeated cancellations and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund of my advance payment. Unfortunately, Sampreeth Patel has now become unresponsive to my communications. I have also attempted to contact Mohammed Rifan several times to resolve this issue and obtain my refund, but these efforts have been unsuccessful so far. The experience has raised significant concerns about his professional reliability and integrity.
