I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. I ordered a screen protector for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, but they sent me a version that was almost identical, just not for the 5G model. A difference of merely a few millimeters causes the screen protector to crack when placed inside the phone case—or forces you to go without a case altogether. I had trouble reaching customer service, but to my surprise, a representative proactively reached out to me on WhatsApp to check if everything was okay. Of course, I attached a picture of the label showing it didn't say "5G". After some checks, inquiries, and a bit of polite back-and-forth—even though they claimed they sent the correct item—they refunded me immediately!

I ordered a QX7 Pro Smart watch
I ordered a QX7 Pro Smart watch and received a HW92. Both are very nice but the QX7 is 48mm by 40mm in size and the HW92 is 44 x 37. The screen on the HW92 is very bright and clear, works well and I enjoy it. My QX7_Pro has a Glucose meter and other displays that the HW92 does not. I'm disapointed that I did not get an exact replacement for the product listed on your web site, but do like the one you shipped. The software app is also different it's 'FitCloudPro' for this new watch, and 'GloryFit' on my QX7. I like my QX7, that's why I tried to replace it when it broke ( glued it back together for now).

As described in simple words, you get delivered what you see, no much stress, proper tracking proper shipping, and the Customer service is great too, you will get solutions to problems. Overall Great.
My experience with Sunskey has been a nightmare.
My experience with Sunskey has been an absolute nightmare. Their service is completely useless, and I strongly advise everyone against buying anything from them. Here are the major issues I faced: Incorrect Delivery & No Accountability: They sent my parcel to the completely wrong address due to their own mistake. To make matters worse, they have zero grievance policies. When the parcel goes to the wrong place, they offer no help, and you are forced to pay local delivery charges again just to get your item redirected. No Return or Compensation Policy: There is no customer protection, no return policy, and absolutely no compensation for their mistakes. Extremely Delayed Delivery: What is advertised as a 15-day delivery actually took 2 to 3 months, with my parcel just wandering around endlessly. Useless Local Agents & Empty Communication: While they keep messaging you back and forth, they accomplish nothing. Their agents in other countries are completely cheap and useless, providing zero support or response when you need help. Save your time and money—do not order from this company!
