You never sent us our shipment. You never tried to get in contact with us to say our shipment was messed up. It was only until we reached out that you investigated. Then you promised a refund and we have yet to be refunded. Horrible.

Purchased 2 case fans from SuperBiiz for my new PC build. They had the exact fan I was looking for an even had it at a pretty good price and free shipping. I noticed there was also a combo deal for 2 of the fans as well for even cheaper. Problem was, after shipping it was cheaper to purchase the regular pair with free shipping than to buy the combo and pay for shipping.
Just seems like a small oversight, everything else went as planned and the fans are running very well.

I'd never heard of SuperBiiz before, but the product I'd ordered arrived well-packaged. Thankfully I didn't need to use their customer service, so I can't speak to that, but the rest of the experience was quite good. The prices were also better than other sites I had checked, so they have that going for them as well.
Part shipped fast, arrived specified when specified, price couldn't be beat. Processing the bill took time but that was on the bank, not SuperBiiz. Would shop again.
So many online traders these days lie about what stock they have or when they can ship it. Not SuperBiiz. If they show it in stock and they have 5 of them then you can order 5 and they will arrive exactly when they say. The stuff is at a fair price and shipping is very reasonable. Overall I love the service and would recommend them to everyone.
