SuperBiiz

I said a 5 stars

I said a 5 stars, because I got all the information I need to track it and see it on my bill statement. Everything was professional and came in faster than I thought. Great job SuperBiiz, keep up the good work. I will totally come back for PC parts if I need new ones.

Hassle free

Fairly price. Order shipped two days after purchase. Product arrived nicely packaged and undamaged sooner than projected. I'd buy from super biiz again.

Impressed with Packaging/Shipping

I ordered a seagate hard drive and disk drive from this company. I was very impressed with the packing! The hard drive was sealed and cased inside of a very secure and tight foam insert in addition to bubble-wrap. They treated the disk drive the exact same way. I wish that all of my parts were packed like this when I ordered them from other companies. It made my motherboard appearing in single bubble-wrap seem unprofessional. I only considered this website to purchase parts because it was recommended by PC Parts-Picker but now that I know how they treat their outbound gear, I will revisit this site in the future to buy computer parts.

Mostly Good, Some Bad

If there are problem with an order they will take care of you. I have had 1 problem with exactly 1 order in the past 5 to 7 years that I have bought from Superbiiz. Their website can be frustrating to use at times when it comes to sorting items. The "up side" to their web site is the fact they have not loaded up their website with videos and "fancy web effects" like another well-known "super sized" e-tailer in the southern part of California. I like the fact that I can find "prosumer" and "business class" hardware on this site that is hard to find at the larger e-tailers. The "down side" to the selection at Superbiiz is "out of stock" issues. Superbiiz prices are not the best you can find on the Internet, but the prices I pay are not overpriced either. Superbiiz email communications of sales and specials is not as good as it could be. These emails seem like little more than a prodding tot he consumer to check out the website for details. So I think Superbiiz has "room for improvement" while I also think they have a place in online e-tailing due to their product selections.

Very good shopping experience and prices. Good shipping for the price.

Cheap. Fast.

SuperBiiz and the Huawei Android Tablet are a perfect pair.

The Huawei tablet is fabulous. It is definitely an upgrade from the Samsung Tab. Some have complained about the user interface, but I simply loaded the Microsoft Launcher and have it configured as a plug-and-play replacement for the Tab. SuperBiiz was a terrific vendor. Low prices, easy order, one week delivery to the east coast (Boston). I would use them again and recommend them highly.

I always have a good experience with SuperBiiz

I've purchased several items from SuperBiiz. Never had a problem. They ship quick and the products have been well packaged. Definitely recommended.
