I first had an issue with the color of case that I selected being out of stock. I quickly received an email from an actual person (which was refreshing) and she helped me resolve this problem. I then had an issue with purchasing because I had paid for my other PC parts all in the same day, locking up my credit card. This was also easily resolved thanks to the good customer service. I knew these issues were not the fault of SuperBiiz, and they actually helped make the resolution process much smoother.

When I buy a computer case that says its new, and pay the price for a new case, I wouldnt expect scratches, chipped paint, or deep cuts in the front of my case... but I guess thats what you get from this website. Lesson learned. Wont be using this website ever again.

Oh no! That sounds terrible, Ethan. All of our products from our vendors are new, unless the product page displays "Refurbished" and these will all have unique SKUs that are not the same as our regular new products. Perhaps your product had a rough trip in transit from our warehouse to its destination. Are there signs of damage to the packaging? You might be able to file a UPS damage claim.
