Decent, better than branded survey or freecash(Worst app or sites to take surveys on period) Have not gotten to first cash out of 1500 SB, this is ok since there's no ID verification. HOWEVER I don't even get to see if they take a FEE for it or not. (Could just google, but you know what I've been googling since it came out and I'm tired of doing this sht, way before it was mainstream) Top surveys is straight up reach $5, cash out, no fee, no ID, no bs. I hope this is the same. (Best survey site period, due to it's disqualification payment of up to $20 for disqualifying.. take note people... don't waste peoples time for mere cents for these companies to make millions - such a joke. Survey providers should be paying WAY MORE BY THE WAY.. 5MINUTE/50 CENT MINIUM) Completed a 40SB survey, got 8 for completing it. nice sc4m.. Yeah this site is one of the worst survey sites I've ever used. Also couldn't find certain payout options anyways.. This site is trash.

complete game install. - registered. Completed tutorial - not registered reached power 300k - not registered reached city level 8 - not registered Reached power 500k - not registered. I sent them screenshots via email. They only awarded me with install game award. They didnt even read the other emails I sent them. Now the reach 300K has expired and I was not awarded for it. Its basically pointless me even carrying on. Take screenshots of every milestone achieved so far and they dont even read them. Waste of time

Email verification link is broken. Cannot redeem rewards. To open a ticket about this I must verify email. THE LINK IS BROKEN. It is being sent to my mailbox but when I click the link it says the page you’ve requested cannot be found. I cannot redeem I am stuck. Also is saying my phone number is linked to another account. CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT TOO BECAUSE IF I TRY TO OPEN A TICKET ABOUT THAT IT ASKS ME TO VERIFY MY EMAIL!!!!!!!

10,000 credits not being credited

Used to be good with no issues, seem when you get higher credits, they don’t seem to want to pay out, you raise numerous emails stating the fact with photo evidence of completion and get the same response that you will be contacted in 7 - 10 days but nothing back so far 29 days after my initial email sent and still no response.

Well. They fixed it pretty much 20 min after on the day I posted that rant on here. And so far Swag bucks has been solid. They did ban me but I think it was for my 🆔 verifi, then let me back in. So Swag still remains at the top 3. But I have more zero tolerance than these sites think they do. I've been banned for nothing literally. No explanation on other apps like top survey ect. 400 still in there then earnstart I still have 253. Kashkick yesterday paused my account with 471 in it because I got frustrated I wasn't credited for something and I got very frustrated because I was speaking to ai but very rude. Then the human just took it into their hands to ban me. Il give it to Kashkick they at least sent my money. But I know why I get banned. Because when I find a niche I exploit it to the max. WITHOUT breaking rules. For example il watch all the ads first before I start the game and top banned me after I made 400 claiming you can't only do the ads. I tried explaining but you can't. So Swag I'm listing these things so you understand

Ive been trying to verift/authenticate my new swagbucks account with an email address. I have made sure that my email address is correct but it refuse to verify. 2. I've also tried to upload my parsonal details but no access given. Please assist

Absolute scam. Don't waste your time

Absolute scam. Don't waste your time on this website. I used to think this was the number 1 app to earn gift cards, because it's relatively simple: you play games and complete offers to rack up gift cards, but I was falsely banned because I asked Swagbucks to credit me for the Amazon Prime Video offer I made with my bank card. 2 weeks later, they've ignored my appeals. I told them I don't have a passport/ID, and if I could use my student ID and/or bank account to verify my identity, or if my parents could verify it for me on my behalf. They continue to ignore me. This website is an absolute scam, I never had any problems with this website until now. Don't waste your time, the customer support is dreadful.
