No customer support AI says I'll get back with you within 15 to 32 days mine said straight up 32 days
First off there is no one to chat with but AI and no support for a minimum of 15 days for them to reply to the smallest or the biggest concerns, 2nd I can't even claim a reward for some reason and guess what? It's because there is no customer support to contact about it my response from AI was it'll be 32 days!
It took me two days to get them to verify my PayPal account and even after they verified it it's still nothing happens I claim the reward I pick out the one I want it's just verify account and it verifies account it takes me to PayPal and I have to log into my PayPal and just it takes me straight back to the games none of my FB is gone from the Swagbucks app nothing is added to my Paypal account either so it's not missing it's just not going through or something I don't know what they got going on but it's nothing like what they say it is it was very frustrating very very frustrating when somebody tells you something one way that's the way you expect it to be and then when it turns out it's absolutely nothing like that there's nothing easy about it there's nothing simple about it there's nothing fast about it there's nothing real about it. I personally would not recommend Swagbucks to anybody test her up is good best plays good test them all is good A lot of the other ones that I've tried are good but Swagbucks I will never ever ever try Swagbucks again I will not recommend Swagbucks to anybody, very disappointed!

Less than a month
I haven't been with Swagbucks for that long, have been with Yougov for a month and have not gotten to 25,000 for a $25 card and less than a month I have gained $90 with swagbucks. Thank you so much.

Swagbucks is a fun way to earn some extra dollars.They have lots of different payout methods. The survey's are very easy and you'll learn some things you never new before.

Still very very very very slow to redeem a EGift card from doing the work for it . Other companies can dish a EGift almost instantly . Swagbucks is too slow and trash. I would move on to another survey site. Also they responded to another review of mine and did absolutely nothing . This company isn’t for people who value their time and effort .

Great site to earn a little spending cash. I have noticed that earning has become a bit harder and I don't qualify for as many surveys as in the past.
