Money grab. The test doesn't have any reasonably difficult questions and also has some numerical questions which shouldn't be on an IQ test.
IQ test questions are supposed to be based in logical reasoning - they get progressively more difficult (testing the examinee's ability in different domains of abstraction) and require no previous education. They're supposed to be designed such that the examinee requires no previous education to be able to produce answers and requiring numerical literacy violates this principle.
While the test is short, that wouldn't necessarily matter but in this case it does because the test doesn't actually provide any difficult questions for the average person to solve (I know this because I'm average).
Money grab - suggest you mention there is a cost to get your results (basic report) and then upsell
My headline report was - Impressive! You completed the test in: 6 m 5 s That's faster than 97% of people tested. Your strongest category is Visual Perception where you scored higher than 99% of people tested.
As I previously passed the MENSA entry test I won't bother with this - I was just check to see if age had taken it's toll on the old grey matter
This was not like any other IQ test I’ve ever done in the past.
They only want your money
A complete waste of my time.
I now think my IQ must be low to be taken in by this company.
In my defence, though, they didn’t get any money out of me.
It's a scam. If you run through the demo you will get a score of <=100 everytime, which they claim the average is. You will not score lower than 100. On the front page it says the daily user count. This number seems to tick up one every second, like clockwork. It's clearly on an interval and not a true calculation of their daily users. Also if you do their regular test, it seems you always score 97% faster than everyone else, I haven't tested it extensively but from my expeirence this seems true. Also there are no names attached anywhere. They claim they have a huge research team of scientists, researches, and journalists yet they don't name them anywhere. There is no evidence that they even exist. Though there is a lot of evidence that it's snake oil. Don't throw $20 at it, you're being lied to
You thought I'd be clever enough to get a good result on a random fun facebook iq test link but stupid enough to pay the fee you sneakily ask for after I complete the test?
Made payment for the results but no results generated. It just gets stuck on the loading screen saying "you will be redirected" to your results, but that never happens. No results received on your email either. I am going to report this website to my credit card company.
There is no indication of a charge or how much the charge might be until you've wasted time completing the test. That is hopelessly unprofessional an unethical and undermines any confidence in the results of the test.
Of course you have to pay for the results, after ofcourse you've completed.
Na. It's not that important to pay for a website determining your irrelevant IQ.
If your IQ was relevant in todays society, then only maybe would I pay for this Gimmick.
Really enjoyed doing this test and the results were so interesting, giving me a unique insight into my strong (and weak) points. Would highly recommend, well worth doing!
No result unless you pay £17.95 or more. Not worth it.
Cheapest price to get results is £17.95. This should be advertised at the beginning. They encourage a person to take the test via an ad on Facebook - nothing to say it would cost money to get the result. Spent time to do the test but not given result. All I was given was ..."Impressive! You completed the test in: 7 m 1 s
That's faster than 97% of people tested. Your strongest category is Visual Perception where you scored higher than 99% of people tested." Not a real IQ test, just a gimmick.
I found the BMI Certified IQ Test to be pretty helpful in showing me what I was capable of.It’s good to get an accurate IQ score to know where I compare with other people.Overall the results certificate was really in depth and had a good cover of all the strengths and weaknesses.
